Welcome to Mitfaa. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and services:

1. Orders & Confirmation

  • Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message or email.

  • Orders cannot be changed once they are confirmed and sent for processing.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 3 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

  • Delays caused by courier services are beyond our control.

3. Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout.

  • We currently accept card payments only.
    All major debit and credit cards are supported.

  • Orders without payment proof will not be processed.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept refunds only if the item is damaged or the wrong size is delivered.

  • You must email us at mitfaarefund@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item.

  • If there is no genuine issue, refunds are not accepted.

5. Use of Website

  • Do not use our website or content for illegal or harmful purposes.

  • All product images, designs, and content are the property of Mitfaa.
