Minimum & Maximum Quantity

For bulk orders, the minimum quantity is 10 units and the maximum quantity is 50 units per specific article/design.

For example, if you order the MOTIV Quote Style – Tough Magnetic Case, you must order at least 10 units of that specific article.

Orders cannot be mixed across different articles or designs. Each article is counted separately. Since Mitfaa has 20+ different articles/designs, mixing different products does not count toward the minimum quantity.

Example:
10 × MOTIV Quote Style – Tough Magnetic Case = Bulk Order
5 × MOTIV + 5 × another design = Not counted as 10 units of one article

The maximum quantity for a single article is 50 units. Orders above 50 units for one specific article are not allowed.

Bulk Pricing

Bulk pricing depends on the total quantity of your order.

• Below 30 units: The prices listed on the website remain the same.

• 30 units or more: You may be eligible for an additional discount, depending on the order quantity and article.

For orders of 30+ units, you can contact our Chat Support / Live Assistance to check the available discount for your order and find out how much you can save.

Please note: The listed prices will remain applicable for orders below 30 units.

Payment Terms

For all bulk orders, full payment is required before the order is processed. We do not offer a 50% advance payment option or payment after the order is completed.

Mitfaa aims to have your bulk order prepared and delivered to you within 5–10 days after the order is confirmed and payment is completed.

Shipping & Delivery

For bulk orders, shipping charges and delivery time depend on the total number of units and the delivery location.

Once your order details are confirmed, the complete shipping information will be provided to you via email in the form of a quotation, including the applicable shipping charges and estimated delivery time.

Changes & Cancellations

Once a bulk order has been confirmed and payment has been completed, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.

As soon as we receive your order, Mitfaa begins processing it and starts preparing the products according to the confirmed details. Because of this, we cannot accommodate changes to the article, design, quantity, or other order details after processing has started.

Our bulk orders follow the same principle as our regular orders: refunds are only considered in cases such as receiving an incorrect or damaged product, in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refunds are not provided for a change of mind.

To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend confirming all order details before making payment, including the article/design, phone model, quantity, availability, pricing, and shipping details. You can confirm everything through Chat Support / Live Assistance or via email before proceeding with payment.

This helps protect both your payment and our commitment to trust, transparency, and a smooth bulk-order experience.

Damaged / Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item in your bulk order, there is no need to worry. Mitfaa takes responsibility for such issues and will work to replace the affected items as quickly as possible, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Custom Branding & Resale

Mitfaa does not offer custom branding or custom-designed products for bulk orders. Bulk orders are supplied using Mitfaa’s existing designs, which include the Mitfaa branding/logo where applicable.

Customers may resell Mitfaa products with the original Mitfaa branding/logo. However, the branding must not be removed, altered, or presented in a way that suggests the products are independently manufactured or belong to another brand.

If you choose to resell Mitfaa products, please ensure that the selling price does not fall below the prices listed on the Mitfaa website. This helps maintain fair pricing and protects the brand’s reputation in the market.

Any unauthorized removal or alteration of Mitfaa branding, misleading representation, or resale practices that harm the Mitfaa brand or its reputation may result in appropriate action. Mitfaa Vault reserves all applicable rights and may take legal action where permitted by law.

Please ensure that all resale activities are carried out responsibly and in a way that protects both your business reputation and the Mitfaa brand.

Quotation Validity

All bulk order quotations issued by Mitfaa are valid for a maximum of 7 days (1 week) from the date of issue.

After the quotation expires, the prices, shipping charges, availability, or other terms may change. Therefore, expired quotations cannot be guaranteed or used for placing an order.

If you wish to proceed after the 7-day validity period, you will need to request a new quotation from our team.

This ensures that all order details and pricing are accurate and up to date before payment is made.

Mitfaa’s security process does not end here. An additional email is sent to the customer by Mitfaa’s Logistics team, which includes a Receiving Agreement. Once the customer receives the shipment, they sign the agreement and send it back to us.

This additional step allows us to complete the bulk order delivery process through our Bulk Transportation & Logistics system, ensuring a secure delivery and a satisfied customer.
